AUTOMATIC CRASH RESPONSE

Built-in sensors are designed to automatically alert OnStar if you’re in a crash so an advisor can help pinpoint your vehicle’s location and direct first responders there.

EMERGENCY SERVICES

A priority connection to a specially-trained OnStar Advisor who can contact emergency service providers and offer certain types of critical assistance should you need help.

ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE

If you're stranded, have a flat tire or need a tow, an OnStar Advisor can contact a local service provider to help you get the assistance you need.

STOLEN VEHICLE ASSISTANCE

If your vehicle is stolen, OnStar technology is designed to help locate the vehicle, so that an OnStar Advisor can work with authorities to try and recover it.

4G LTE WITH BUILT-IN WI-FI® HOTSPOT

A fast in-vehicle connection that can power both your vehicle’s infotainment system and a built-in Wi-Fi hotspot that supports up to seven devices (data plan required).

HANDS-FREE CALLING

The vehicle has a built-in wireless service to help keep you connected while on the road. Push a button and call out a name or number and an OnStar Advisor will do the rest (excluded during the trial period).

REMOTE KEY FOB

Use your vehicle's mobile app to remotely start your vehicle (if properly equipped), lock/unlock your doors and sound the horn and/or flash your lights.

CRISIS ASSIST

Designed to provide you with emergency resources such as special routing assistance and helping locate shelter if you’re caught in a crisis or severe weather situation.

CONNECTED NAVIGATION

Enjoy real-time traffic updates, local fuel prices and parking options from your vehicle’s built-in navigation system (if properly equipped).

ON-DEMAND DIAGNOSTICS

Check the health of central vehicle systems like the engine, transmission, and more with the help of an OnStar Advisor.

TURN-BY-TURN NAVIGATION

An OnStar Advisor can guide you to a destination and download the directions to your vehicle (if properly equipped), even if you don’t know the exact address.

DRIVE SAFE WITH ONSTAR

OnStar is available on more than 30 GM vehicles. Eligible vehicles can activate up to 3 months of OnStar Safety & Security Coverage and Connected Services by simply pushing your blue OnStar button.

Connected Navigation:

Requires subscription to OnStar Guidance Plan, Premium Access Plan or Navigation add on. Connected Navigation and Real-time Points of Interest (POI) only available on properly equipped vehicles. Remarketing:

Eligible pre-owned vehicles equipped with 3G or 4G LTE OnStar hardware are eligible for 1 month of OnStar Safety & Security Plan and 1 month of Connected Services (Hands-Free Calling minutes excluded during the trial period) which may, depending on your vehicle’s hardware, include navigation services, Remote AccessPlan, and, for 4G LTE equipped vehicles, 1 month or 3 GB of data (whichever comes first) from activation.Services are subject to user terms and limitations and capabilities vary by vehicle model and the type of OnStar hardware. Your 1-month trial will not be automatically converted into a paid service plan. If you choose to enroll in a paid monthly plan within 15 days of activation, you’ll receive the first 2 months of the paid plan you select on us. After expiry of the first 2 months of your paid plan, we will automatically bill your payment method each month and charges for data will be billed every 30 days by AT&T or its local service provider.
