Courteous and efficient service

This is to highlight the courteous and efficient service received from your employee, Mr. Walid Gnaoui.
Mr. Gnaoui immediately took charge of my daughter Sara's vehicle. Several phone calls were exchanged between us, given the difficulties in obtaining authorizations from our dealer who was responsible for paying the diagnostic costs on the 2014 Buick Encore vehicle.
Despite this inconvenience, Mr. Gnaoui showed respect and tact towards us and quickly provided us with appropriate advice with the support of the mechanic. When you receive bad service, you are tempted to write to complain, but in my book, you have to recognize and applaud good work and good service first and foremost.
I consider Mr. Gnaoui's customer service skills to be worth mentioning.
I will not hesitate to recommend your company and your service advisor for automotive service purposes.
